Patient Navigation
If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with cancer, you do not have to navigate it alone. Pacific Cancer Foundation offers free patient navigation for individuals and families across Maui County. Our team provides one-on-one support, guidance, and connection to helpful services so you can feel more informed, supported, and less overwhelmed.
Patient navigation can help with practical next steps, questions about available resources, and support along the way. Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, recovering, or caring for a loved one, we are here to help you find the support that fits your situation.
