Our intention is to support each cancer patient and their caregivers through their individual journeys lifting body awareness, confidence, and connection to self in the natural and social world around us. Techniques include mindfulness, grounding, movement, anchoring with breath, and creating an in-tune felt sense experiences; all while cultivating kind awareness in the present moment.
