Happy Hour for the Heart - or as we like to call it - a spa treatment for your soul. Our weekly meditation class offers essential skills that we can implement in our daily lives. These skills will help us become more present, self-compassionate, resilient, and internally resourceful. Meditation is non-denominational and everyone is welcome. Our PCF meditation classes are facilitated by Carla Jalbert and Liz Salem every week on Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15pm.
